Operating dozens of short-stay properties manually means coordinating cleaners, lockboxes, utility readings, and guest support across tools that do not talk to each other. The owner needed a single platform that handled the whole post-booking lifecycle.
Approach
How we built it.
We built a property graph that ties each unit to its smart locks, sensors, vendors, and reservations. Smart-lock provisioning generates time-bound access codes per booking. AI-summarized guest messages and a unified inbox cut response time. Energy and occupancy sensors detect anomalies (unauthorized stays, HVAC left on) and trigger workflows.
Outcome
What shipped.
Operations time per booking dropped meaningfully, smart-lock automation eliminated key handovers, and the owner gained per-property profitability dashboards that previously required spreadsheet exports.
