TeleCure Asia Telemedicine
A multi-country telemedicine platform connecting patients with vetted clinicians across audio, video, and chat consultations.
Challenge
What they were solving for.
Cross-border telemedicine is a multi-headed problem: clinicians licensed by country, prescriptions that must follow local pharmacy rules, payments in multiple currencies, and patient data that has to stay where regulation says it must.
Approach
How we built it.
We built a regional data architecture so patient records stay in-country, with a thin orchestration layer for cross-region scheduling. Video consultations run on a low-bandwidth-tolerant stack with offline note capture for clinicians. Pharmacy and lab integrations are pluggable per market.
Outcome
What shipped.
Clinicians completed consultations on connections that previously dropped, patient onboarding finishes in under three minutes, and the platform expanded to additional countries without re-architecting the core.
